Cementitious load-bearing joint mortar
Slurry-based cementitious joint mortar for grouting ceramic tiles in areas exposed to high mechanical stress, de-icing salt, mineral oil, high-pressure cleaners and chemical stress (see resistance list). For indoor and outdoor use. Particularly suitable for swimming pools, workshops and car washes. SCHÖNOX XR 40 with SCHÖNOX CLIMATRIX® technology is a component of the SCHÖNOX BALTERRA® system.
SCHÖNOX XR 40 is suitable for grouting:
- on wall and floor
- On balconies and terraces.
- on facades
- in mechanically highly stressed commercial areas
- in rooms with high levels of moisture
- in indoor and outdoor swimming pools
- in transport structures such as tunnels, railway stations, etc.
- in commercial kitchens, car washes and cold stores
- as vibrating floors on soil surfaces contaminated with de-icing salt
